Malgré un bon accueil, la qualité reste moyenne, la douchette ne tenait pas, la porte de salle de bains ne fermait pas à clé. La chambre paraissait en pente, le parquet craquait énormément. Très bon repas au restaurant par contre. La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qu’il y avait sur le site

Ayant fréquenté cet hôtel/restaurant depuis plusieurs années, je suis très déçu de la nouvelle direction qui n'est pas du tout au niveau pour gérer un tel établissement.

Seul bémol, l’eau coulait presque froide dans la douche 😰 problème d’eau chaude sur plusieurs chambres qui devait être résolu par le propriétaire avec le plombier.

Some imperfections, probably due to the rate of arrivals/departures, or the lack of staff... but overall a nice hotel in the center of Jonzac, next to a very good restaurant, where you are well received ! I recommend this place to everyone!

Payment is a difficult subject: you are asked to pay when you arrive “because someone left a big slate recently, he left without paying”. Finally we paid the next day. But we understand why a person left without paying: impossible to have a person at the reception, for at least 5 minutes. We took the opportunity to load our luggage … And because we pay with Logis de France gift vouchers from our Works Council (paid 50% anyway), we cannot be credited with Etik loyalty points. Never seen this in a Logis de France. And if we pay in credit card, the number of points depends on the annual contribution of the credit card? We didn't try the holiday vouchers, let's not tempt the devil (received free of charge from the Works Council). Overall, this experience was difficult.

Home where we had the impression of disturbing. We waited for the staff to finish their conversation before finally being greeted. Room moderately clean, quite noisy. Finishes to review, and toilet to pass in white vinegar .. shame because well placed and parking is a plus.
We had a great time at the Hotel de l'Ecu de Jonzac. Welcome, cleanliness, availability... everything was perfect. We also recommend the restaurant. The products are fresh and of high quality. Cheer !
