These are small or medium sized hotels who have signed a set of quality regulations guaranteeing a warm and personalized welcome, a comfort level and welcome equivalent to the fireplace hotel rating that has been awarded by Logis de France, cuisine including lots of regional produce and house specialties, reasonable prices and a good quality/price relationship.
